Kelly Residential is a family-run, independent estate agency based in East Renfrewshire. Founded by Fraser Kelly in 2022 as Fraser Kelly Estate Agent, the business has grown by taking a more personal, relationship-led approach to selling homes.

A key step in the company’s journey came when Fraser’s wife, Jen, and brother, Finlay, joined the business. Their arrival helped strengthen the foundations of the company, bringing additional capacity, support and momentum at a time when demand for Kelly Residential’s services was increasing.

As the team grew, Kelly Residential recognised the opportunity to build more structure around the business and prepare it for the next stage of growth. Scott Arnot from Scottish Growth Labs worked closely with Fraser and Jen to help unlock that potential, focusing on back-office systems, operational planning, recruitment and the move towards a more scalable team structure.

That support helped Kelly Residential move from a founder-led business into a growing family enterprise with stronger operations and a clearer platform for expansion.

The business has since significantly grown its operations, expanding to an 11 person team, including 6 estate agents, and opening a new office and shopfront in Newton Mearns.

Today, Kelly Residential is well positioned as a challenger brand in the local property market. By combining family values, local expertise and a bespoke approach to client service, the business is continuing to challenge the traditional estate agency model while building a strong reputation across East Renfrewshire and beyond.
